New (birth) year goals

It’a new year, and I like most other people love setting new year goals! So here are my new year goals (with numbers removed of course)! 🙂


  • Meet family once at least
  • Meet with far away friends (Once/year)
  • Meet local friends (At least once/quarter)



  • Read more articles
  • Listen to podcasts every alternate day
  • Read 40 books
  • 24 new baking recipes in 12 months
  • 24 new cooking recipes in 12 months


  • Trip inside US to new place every quarter
  • Take a Large long trip
  • Do something that scares me (e.g. Bungee jump, Sky diving, Hot air balloon)
  • Get a Tattoo or a piercing
  • Focus on Social media side hustle
  • Have a side side project every quarter
  • Learn to speak a new language – French

Remote work: Create a better remote work routine. What does that mean?

  • Turn of work after hours
  • Have a strict morning routine getting into work
  • Sleep 8 hours a day
  • Have a defined lunch break
  • Limit distractions during workdays

Be a PM

Level up health care knowledge


  • Sleep 8 hours a day
  • Have a morning and evening routine
  • Philanthropy:
    • Find institution to volunteer with
    • Be a regular volunteer with an institution
    • Fundraise for a cause I believe in


  • Sleep 8 hours a day
  • Run a marathon
  • Workout routine
    • Walk 5,000 steps daily
    • Weight training – 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday)
