Portland: an itinerary

Portland has been on my list for ages! It’s close to where my friends live in Seattle. So when I planned a road trip to Seattle from Bay Area - Portland was a must stop!

I stayed at the Moxy Portland because it was cheap and centrally located!

Activities

• Portland International Rose Garden*

• Portland Japanese Garden*

• Portland Art Museum - really cool contemporary art collection - closed on Mondays*

• Made Here for souvenir shopping

• Powell’s Books - has MANY second hand books as well!

• Walk along Wilamette River

  • Take a picture with Portland Oregon White Stag Sign

• Portland Saturday Market*

• Breakfast/Lunch

Notes

• I found Portland incredibly sketchy due to the overrun homeless situation. Be wary.
