Mt Shasta: an itinerary
When driving from Bay Area to Seattle, stopping at Mt Shasta was NECESSARY! So here are somethings on my itinerary. Please note that these hikes are pitched at an easy level.
*Note: Things I researched but didn’t end up doing are denoted with a `` (asterisk)**
Accommodation
I have stayed at two hotels while in Mt Shasta:
The Sheraton Redding - why? Because it was the only Marriott near Mt Shasta. It also has Tesla Superchargers.
I also stayed at the LOGE Mt Shasta because it was closer to the hikes I wanted to do. It definitely gives off upscale motel vibes - the rooms are very clean though!
Activities

Lake Siskiyou trail - 7 mile trail around a lake. Bring your bathing suit to swim in the lake if you want!
