Planning my first car camping trip

Anyone who knows me or has read this blog post, knows I am a massive overpacker and that this extends to me traveling. So when I am planning my first car camping trip, here are additions I am making:

Safety

• Medicines - first aid

  • Blister strips

  • Bandaids

  • Pain killers

  • Dramamine

  • Insect repellant

• Head lamp

• Handheld lamp

• Extra batteries for the lamps above

Sanitation

• Toilet paper

• Trash bags for laundry and trash

• Water gallon for cleaning usage

• Hand sanitizer and Hand sanitizer wipes

• Body wipes

• Baby wipes

Quality of life

• Sunscreen for the body and face

• Hand towel

• Pillow

• Blanket

• Fairy lights for vibes

• Picnic blanket

• Picnic chair

• Camping plates

• Car mattress - getting this one for my Tesla

• Park pass for the parks you are entering in.

Food and drinks

• Drinks cooler

• Water bottles (5 per day)

• Snacks including any of the following:

  • Protein bars

  • Peanuts

  • Fruit roll ups

  • Chips

  • Sandwiches
