Things I keep in my car trunk

The first thing I bought after I got my car was a car vacuum, I would be damned if the car got dirty. And since then I bought an organizer to organize the many things my car. I am missing my car since I haven’t seen it in 8 months. So in memory of Tintin here are the things that sit permanently up Tintin’s butt.

The permanent contents of Tintin’s trunk

Necessary supplies

• First aid kit

• Car documents (insurance, registration copies, etc)

Organization supplies

• A car trunk organizer to put all the below things in!

• Some reusable bags for groceries or misc shopping.

• An extra adaptor for the Tesla charger

Cleaning supplies

• A portable vacuum cleaner for your car

• Disinfectant wipes

• Hand sanitizer

• Paper towels

• Wipes to clean the car (glass, car exterior and interior)

Fun supplies

• A picnic blanket for impromptu picnics

• A spare jacket cause I lived in Northern California

• Some spare plates and cutlery in case you want to eat some food in your car

• These things sit up front (accessible to the driver)

  • Hand sanitizer

  • Lip balm (curse my dry chapped lips)

  • Sealed water bottle

  • Spare sunglasses

  • Mints

• A drinks cooler (this won’t sit in the car always - but will be added in for road trips)

Things I want to add

• Pair of spare slippers (for when the heels just won’t cut it or you want to run into a beach)

• A spare pair of sheets to put down in case you have come from the beach or have something messy to cart

• Tire repair kit

• Paint repair kit
