Big Sur: an itinerary

As a Bay area resident I have made multiple trips to Big Sur. In fact I would like to think I have an itinerary. So here you go!

  • Usually suggest making a day trip here. Or staying in Monterey nearby.

  • Different viewpoints on the the Pacific Coast Highway

Notes

  • Since there is a lot of potential for short hikes and swims, pack the following:

    • Some sandals to spend time on the beach

    • A change of clothes and towels

    • Sunscreen/a hat

    • Snacks

    • Plenty of water
